P0700 Subaru Transmission Control System Malfunction
I pulled a fuse labeled 'back'. The car started started throwing warnings on the dash so I shut it off and replaced the fuse. Now I have my TC light on (and I cant toggle my tc), I have a blinking cruise, and a solid CEL. I checked the codes after disconnecting the battery for 25 minutes didn't fix it. The codes are p1718, and 2 of the code P0700. I have error code P0700- Transmission Control System and P0731 - GEAR 1 incorrect ratio. Subaru Outback - crossover 2006 with 57 K miles on. Car losing power frequently. Engine running but suddenly comes to a halt and does not move unless I press the pedal to the floor.
